LANDSCAPE DESIGNER:

Landscape Designer should have 2-5 years experience in the field before applying. Duties include measuring job sites, drawing and meeting with clients. All knowledge of landscape construction from patio installation to plant variety a plus. Some sales expertise needed and on the job responsibilities include, but not limited to: client contact appointments, researching clients' wants and needs, making outdoor living suggestions, asking client preferences concerning material types, plat of survey, and general viewing of property. Pay based on experience. Work samples should be available for viewing at time of interview.

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN:   Responsible for supervising crew for our residential and commercial hardscape clients.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: lifting 10-75 lbs of fieldstone for walls, grading and seeding, install brick patios, walks and driveways, pond installation, mulch and planting bed installation.  Should have experience in using the following equipment: brick saw, edger, seeder, roto-tiller and skid loader.  Other hand tools will also be used.  Professional client relations expected. Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and excellent attendance record.  Pay based on experience $16-$22/hr

CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN:   Individual has to have at least 2-5 years experience in landscape construction.  Responsible for, but not limited to: assisting Foreman, lifting 10-75 lbs of fieldstone for walls, grading and seeding, install brick patios, walks and driveways, pond installation, mulch and planting bed installation.  Should have experience in using the following equipment: brick saw, edger, seeder, roto-tiller and skid loader.  Other hand tools will also be used.   Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and excellent attendance record. Pay based on experience $11-$14/hr

CREW LEADER:  Chemical Application

Experienced (3-5 years), licensed chemical applicator landscape management crew leader needed.  Must have knowledge of turf diseases.  Tree and shrub disease diagnosis understanding a plus.  Leader will be required to treat broadleaf weeds and insect damage, fertilize, consult with clients and work with others professionally.  Valid WI drivers license required.  Bilingual a plus.  Pay based on experience $13-$18/hr

LAWN MAINTENANCE FOREMAN:   Responsible for supervising, motivating and directing crews to maintain lawns for our residential and commercial clients.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: mowing, weeding, string trimming, debris removal, pruning trees/shrubs, and installation of mulch and annuals.  Should be able to relate to clients in a professional and respectful manner.  Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, excellent attendance record and at least 4-5 years experience.  Bilingual language skills and pesticide license a plus.  A valid WI drivers license is necessary.  Pay based on experience $15-$18/hr

LAWN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:   Individuals should have at least 2-3 years experience in landscape lawn maintenance.  Responsible for: assisting Foreman, use small equipment safely & properly, and ability to drive truck & trailer.  A valid WI drivers license is necessary.  Bilingual language skills a plus.  $12-$14/hr

LAWN MAINTENANCE LABORER:   Entry level position assisting lawn maintenance crews.  Responsibilities include: string trim, use of small equipment safely, follow directions, display a positive attitude and have prompt attendance.  Bilingual language skills a plus.  $10-$12/hr

CARPENTER:

Construct, erect and install structures and fixtures made of wood, such as pergolas, shade members, outdoor decks, arbors and lattice or framework for our elite clients.  Pay based on experience.  Work samples should be available for viewing at time of interview.

DIESEL/GAS TRUCK MECHANIC:

Light and heavy duty truck mechanic should have at least 5 years experience in like field.
Applicant needs to have knowledge of newer truck engines, skidsteer and various types of landscape construction equipment.   Small engine experience a plus.   Some material handling and minor labor tasks during the landscape season will occur. Applicant will need to be available for snow plowing during the winter.  Pay based on experience $16-$20/hr.

SNOW REMOVAL: 

DRIVERS  -  Reliable snow plow drivers who MUST have experience in plowing in pickup trucks and/or skid steer loaders. Positions are "on-call" as needed basis. Therefore, if it snows, applicant needs to be available when we dispatch anytime during the day or night to take care of own snowplow route. Pay based on experience $14-$24/hr. A valid WI drivers license is necessary. 

LABORERS  -  Shovel walkways of clients with company equipment. Positions are "on-call" as needed basis. Therefore, if it snows, applicant needs to be available when we dispatch anytime during the day or night to take care of own snow removal route. Pay based on experience $15-$18/hr.
